ABOUT THE OWNER, DANIELA LINDH

Daniela was born and raised in northern Sweden in the 1990s. Her mother's side is Swedish, and her father's side is from Sicily. She was very creative from a young age. Daniela loved to sketch, paint, and sculpt with various materials. Her favorite subjects in school were everything from woodwork to textiles and art.

She decided to apply to a cosmetology school in her hometown, Umeå, at the age of 16. Right after she graduated, she got hired at Hårizont, where she did all her internships as a student as well. Throughout the years, she got more education in different fields of hair. She is educated by Kevin Murphy, American Crew, Sebastian, Saco, and Wella, to name a few.

Her passion for extensions was always big, and she got educated with Hairtalk, Gocciani, and Rapunzel of Sweden.

After being employed for 5 years, she decided to study business merchandising at Santa Monica College. Although Daniela loved working as a hairdresser, she decided to take a year off to broaden her knowledge. She tried a few different professions and jobs, but always did hair on the side to keep up with her skills, trends, and techniques.

Today she does hair extensions and uses different techniques such as invisible beads (sew-in), tape-in, and individuals. Under the mentorship of Anastasia K Los Angeles, a distinguished hair extension specialist, Daniela has honed her craft and gained invaluable insights from one of the industry's top professionals. In 2024, Daniela was personally selected by Caitlin Meehan, founder of Blú Smart Tools and co-creator of Bellami Hair Extensions’ curriculum, to attend an exclusive and comprehensive hair extension course in Philadelphia.

In addition to this, Daniela has trained in Lana Phan’s renowned invisible bead method, which has become the preferred technique for most clients. In May 2024, Daniela attended a specialized training session at Hair Lingerie headquarters in Las Vegas, where she had the privilege of working closely with founder Kiara Bailey. This experience led to certification as a Hair Lingerie Specialist, allowing Daniela to offer an innovative and superior hair extension system to her clients, particularly benefiting those with fine hair, such as her Scandinavian clientele, with extensions that lie flat and blend seamlessly.

Most recently, Daniela became certified in mesh integration systems under Sarah Page, expanding her ability to serve women experiencing hair loss, thinning, or fragile hair with non-damaging, scalp-first solutions. This work reflects her belief that beauty services can also be a form of care, compassion, and restoration.

As a passionate advocate for sustainability, Daniela prioritizes eco-friendly products and incorporates organic keratin treatments by Amitys USA into her services.

She is also a proud reseller of Ell’s Holistic Beauty Bar, a female-owned company based in LA, further aligning with her mission to provide solutions for women struggling with hair insecurities. In addition, Daniela is an affiliate of T3 Micro, a female-founded professional hair tools company she actively uses behind the chair and recommends to clients for at-home styling that supports hair health. Daniela is dedicated to helping clients leave the salon feeling beautiful, both inside and out.

For Daniela, the most rewarding part of her work is helping clients achieve their hair goals

- leaving the salon feeling confident, supported, and beautiful both inside and out.
